All of our string orders are packed, labeled and shipped on the
same day of receiving your order. Usually all of our shipments
go out by 4 PM every day. Any order received after that time,
will go out first thing next day. Most are pretty amazed at
how quickly they get their strings!
Free shipping. We do not charge for shipping on orders
of $40 or more for domestic (USA), $120 or more for Canada and
Mexico, and for the rest of international, $350 minimum. A
helpful hint when reviewing your order in the safe shopping cart:
When placing your order and of course getting the shipping taken
off, the computer will do that for you in the shopping cart.
If you are one penny less than the minimum (in your total string
selection) there will be shipping charge in the shopping cart when
you check out. If there is, don't worry, you won't have to pay
that: You can just simply go back and change or re-select
whatever you like to get up to the minimum. Of course this
operates in the same manner for the Canadian-Mexican and all other
International orders.
How we send your strings. We ship your strings most
usually through the United States postal service. Despite all
the rumblings of their service, we find them still to have the most
reliable service! For the Free USA shipping, your strings will
come fully insured, via United States Postal Service, USPS First
Class mail (usually 3-5 days.) For Canadian and Mexico and all
other International customers, your free shipping is sent by USPS
International First Class.
For urgent orders, you can also overnight your strings.
These are shipped via USPS Express. For domestic orders
(within the USA) these go out and are received pretty quickly, next
day usually. If the order is received by us, by 1PM (Phoenix
time) we can ship them out usually so that your strings will arrive
next day.
Shipping overnight to Canada and other International
countries. While we can surely ship your strings out the
same day we receive these orders, it is usually your own country's
customs office that can delay a shipment. We have no control
over this and there is no difference than if we would ship on UPS,
DHL or FedEx. There is always a customs delay, but usually
only a day or two. Mostly then (for international), it's better to
just ship International First Class (for free shipping) and wait.
Trouble with the shopping cart accepting the order for your
destination. We ship everywhere and sometimes a customer
will have a problem with the secure shopping cart accepting the
order. This is most usually because the wrong shipping method
is checked at the top of the cart. If you are shipping to New
Zealand, don't pick USPS Priority Mail (seen below), pick either the
First Class International (Free) or if you are in a hurry, you can
get the EXPRESS (not shown here.)
In the shopping cart, you will see your shipping choices near the
top, center of the page:
Whatever which way you choose to ship your strings, we promise a
huge stock supply and a super quick turnaround with your strings
order going out as quickly as we can pack and ship them.
